Well done girl...it's gorgeous!
Very cute! I really like the shirring.
Love the shirring-was it difficult? I think a v-neck would look adorable for you.Jana
Beautifully done. I haven't been brave enough to sew for myself yet. I love the fabric.
Now that's cute! Add it to my list of things I'd like to make too!
Looks beautiful. Love the boatneck and that you made it a shirt.
i love the fabric! I have yet to conquer shirring. I tried it, but it didn't work, and I have yet to gather enough courage to try again. lol
Thank you ! you have inspired me to at long last pluck up the courage to sew myself a top!!! I have a pattern for a similar top/dress. Thanks for the inspiration. X
Really lovely top, I am scared of shirring - must conquer it!Kandi x
I made a spring top with that dress tutorial as well!! Yours turned out great. Love the fabric! If you are interested, I have a weekly blog party especially for people to share things they've made to be worn. Stop by if you'd like!Andrea @ TheTrainToCrazy.com
So pretty! Great fabric choice too. I really like the sleeves - I've been wanting to try that style for awhile now. -A
this looks so beautiful....i love the fabric and the waist is so flattering.
Super cute and the fabric really goes with the shirring. You did a great job!
Very cute and springy. So jealous of everyone being able to do shirring... my machine hates it. Either that or I just don't know what I'm doing!
It looks great! Nicely done!
I really love, love, love that top! :) You did great. I am excited to make one for myself! :)
Well done ! Simple but sweet and pretty . I like the fabric you used.
I love it!
Thank You!! I've got some knit that I want to make into a top just like this (don't worry--it won't be finished in time for Spring Top Week) :). Thank you for showing me just what I want to do with it. Its been haunting me since I bouth the fabric two weeks ago. Now I know :)I love that fabric. It looks so great.
I love this and it looks great on you. I used a Built by Wendy pattern to do a very similar top a few weeks ago and the boat neck was way to high and I got frustrated so it's sitting in my UFO pile. This is giving me the kick in the butt I needed to go cut off the neck and use bias tape to finish it so I can wear it.
i love this top. also diggin the print pattern!
One of my favorites in the Flickr pool!
I LOVE this top!!! Wish I could sew that well
Hello, just made my way over here from Prudent Baby. How many rows of shirring did you do for your shirt? It looks like a nice amount! Your finished project looks great. :)
very cute, I love it!
Oh wow Anna - this is AWESOME. I now NEED this top. NEED!!!! :)
Thank you! I used both tutorials to create my first shirt! Fashion is Danger
