I just think it's pretty darn cute! I did mess up on the gusset part by not reading the pattern piece (you're supposed to add an extra few inches for wiggle room) and so it made the whole lunch bag a little shorter than it's supposed to be. It still works well and I hope it'll last a long time. Another cute little feature is the little side pockets on each side.

Love it! I've been eyeing that pattern for a while but we don't have a need for lunch boxes just yet. I think I like your shorty version better.
ReplyDeleteIt's very cute. Is it easy to wash out though? My son has a Landsend one and it is so hard to really get clean. Can you throw this in the machine? I have to think of something better for next year.
