Is that up by Alton or farther up the Mississippi? It doesn't look like it is close to St. Louis. That is a fun pattern on the fabric! Big colors make me happy.

That dress is adorable! Also, I almost got hit by a barge near lock & dam #7. I used to go to school in Winona and, since there was nowhere else to do it, we'd water ski in the Mississippi ...
Anyhow, it's nice to see your daughter safely on the shore of my old stomping grounds. :-)
