This is the second version of my grainline tank. You can see the first one I made here. I decided I definitely needed to go up a couple sizes and I think it turned out pretty well. A little low in the front, but since I always double layer tanks for whatever reason, it’ll be great. I really love the fabric, Summerlove by Pat Bravo for Art Gallery Fabrics, the feel of this fabric is amazing. It’s super soft!
I chose to do french seams, love the clean look of the inside. Don’t get me wrong, I love my serger, but sometimes french seams just are easier!
Hope you all have a great 4th everyone! We had a blast at the pool last night, it’s been so hot and humid, swimming’s the only way to go. One of these times I’ll remember to get a few pics.
Nice ! These tank tops are on my to do list as well.
Eeek it turned out so cute! Love it in Summerlove! 🙂
Very nice! I LOVE French seams!!
Lovely Anna!!
you are so cute and i love this tank! i need like 20 of them! the summerlove is the perfect fabric also! great work anna!
Love it! And your french seams look great. Very nice!
Such a fantastic tank! And I’m loving french seams lately. It takes a bit more effort, but they just look so pretty!
Very cute! On you especially Anna!
Yay for perseverance and a great summer top! Looks fantastic. 🙂
Super cute and I love your shorts, too! Look how stylish and summery you are. 🙂
Very cute. I think I need some summer tops too. I’m down to a couple of old tees and a few tanks. No wonder I’ve been wearing a lot of dresses lately.
Gorgeous! Good job 😀
It looks great Anna!! That fabric is great!
Ditto re: the French seams. Just so clean, and no fallout later on. Cute tank!
Awesome. Love the fabric you’ve used. This is such a great pattern for letting the fabric take centre stage! Do you have a narrow hem foot? I use mine for finishing all inner seams- no more French seaming for me XD
