tiny Geranium dress

This tiny dress is all ready for my soon to be born niece, Francis.  That’s her code name, from me anyway, I love that name.  I had spotted a gingham Geranium on flickr a while back (and I guess I even copied her red buttons, oops) and made sure to pull my gingham from my stash and put it on ‘reserve’.  It’s just so pretty!  Plus it’s very durable.  The bodice is lined with some lovely Dear Stella dots and added a couple red vintage buttons for the back.  I want one in my size.

I can’t wait to see the little girl wearing this dress!  Might just have to make some coordinating leggings, yep 0-3 month leggings have to be the cutest ever.

And the little pockets!  I cut them on the bias, can’t get much cuter.
