Shipping Policy
US & Canada Orders
You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Purchasing more items will give you the best value on shipping. I use USPS First Class for the best value for orders under 16 oz., orders over 16 oz. ship at a flat rate of $6.50 to US addresses (reduced rates to Canada and other countries) using USPS Priority Mail.
- US orders under 16 oz. (price is based on final weight): $3.85-4.85
- US orders over 16 oz.: $6.50 (ships USPS Priority Mail)
- Canada orders under 16 oz. (price based on final weight): $12.75-20.19
- Canada orders over 16 oz.: $23.28+
For International Orders (outside of US & Canada):
We are currently offering USPS First Class shipping (slowest and least reliable, but most economical), USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate (packages up to 4 lbs/64 oz.). Please email us with any questions prior to ordering at hello@noodle-head.com
Customs Fees
Sometimes there are duties, taxes or fees due depending on what country you live in. You will have to check your country's customs regulations.
International shipping rates DO NOT include customs or duty charges.
Noodlehead, Inc. has no control over those charges and they are the sole responsibility of the person placing the order.
Additional Notes:
- Shipping rates vary from country to country. The best way to find out what shipping is going to be, is to add the items you'd like to your cart, add your address at the checkout screen, and then you will be able see shipping rates before you pay!
- I ship Monday through Friday.
- All orders ship from our office in western Wisconsin, USA
- I CANNOT be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
