Return/Refund Policy

I want to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase! If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please email me and let me know at anna@noodle-head.com. If you receive the wrong item, are missing an item, or an item was damaged, please let me know and I will gladly fix the mistake.

I cannot accept returns on any books, patterns (PDF or printed), or sale items. These are final sale and may not be returned.

If you are unsatisfied with your supplies purchase, I will accept a return for store credit or exchange within 30 days of date of original purchase. Must be in original condition. Unfortunately, I cannot refund your shipping costs nor can I cover the cost of shipping a return to me.
